Unfortunately, once again we have had to close the doors. While our physical store may be closed our online store will remain open as usual, along with our admin and delivery teams.
We hope that everyone has had an enjoyable festive period and that, like us, you are looking towards the New Year with optimism and good spirits!

DELIVERY & PRODUCT LEAD TIMES
We are currently delivering as normal, following current Government guidelines, however please be aware that it may take a little longer to reach you than usual during these times. In the meantime, please don’t worry, we’re working on getting your new furniture delivered to you as soon as we possibly can.
Our team will contact you when we are able to deliver your order but in the meantime we kindly ask that you recognise this unprecedented situation and bear with us. We are committed to delivering out as many orders as we can before Christmas. We cannot however guarantee Christmas delivery for any outstanding orders and all estimated delivery dates given at the time of order are always subject to manufacturer lead times.
Please be aware that due to unprecedented demand within the furniture industry if you are placing an order on our website add at least an additional 2 - 4 weeks on top of delivery lead times quoted on individual products.
COVID-19 is still causing challenges for certain furniture manufacturers. Due to an increase in demand globally some suppliers are currently experiencing issues with shortages of key materials impacting furniture supply chains.
You will be advised in-store if an item you are interested in purchasing could be impacted by the current situation. You can also ask us about lead times through our online chat system before purchasing any items on our website.
SHOWROOM SAFETY MEASURES DURING COVID-19
The safety of our employees and customers is our first priority. To help support safe shopping, We've implemented the following safety measures for the safety of our customers and store associates.

Be respectful of colleagues and other shoppers. Keep a two metre distance throughout the store. Let’s all give each other space.
We may refuse entry to anyone they believe has symptoms associated with COVID-19.

We're asking all customers to wear a face covering when shopping in our store, unless you are medically exempt.
Providing hand sanitisation stations for all store associates and customers as you enter the store.
Enhanced cleaning of our showroom. In-between customers we are also implementing enhanced cleaning.
